Introduction
A smart alternative
The COVID-19 pandemic hit the industry very unexpectedly, requiring fast and digital solutions for trade shows. Uniplan created a digital brand gallery for our client KHS, one of the world’s market leaders for filling and packaging solutions. With trade shows cancelled, it was a smart alternative.
The Challenge
KHS needed to transition to a digital format - to offer customers and prospective clients access to new products, innovations, and service functions.
What was needed was a user-friendly, appealing and globally accessible format that put B2B solutions in the foreground. These had to be presented in a customer-friendly way, with all the essential information conveyed. Instead of visually transferring a trade fair booth 1:1 into a digital format - like KHS’ competitors - we advised our client to go their own way and develop a completely new, and innovative, concept.
What We Did
Three-dimensional. Digital. Innovative.
Our showroom concept served as a virtual shop window. The three-dimensional scenery was designed without having to adhere to the limitations of a physical room, and each designed touchpoint was realized in a warm and smooth way. It allowed visitors to view the product innovations in their entirety and in detail. Customers could also obtain detailed information about the services offered and download accompanying materials. Video formats created for the activation campaign attracted attention in advance of the showroom launch.
