The existing showroom of our client, Franke Coffee Systems, at their headquarter in Aarburg, Switzerland, was transformed into a customer-centric experience with state-of-the-art design.
The Challenge
What makes a professional coffee machine special?
The highly competitive market characterized by product commodity offers little potential for differentiation in marketing communications. That’s why our client Franke Coffee Systems does not solely emphasise the good coffee quality of its machines but all the other special ‘Franke moments’ their customers experience throughout their journey too. In order to underline this brand positioning, we developed a holistic spatial concept that makes these special moments physically tangible and inspiring for visitors to the showroom.
What We Did
To bring ‘Franke moments’ to life, we designed an enlarged showroom that focused on an emotional customer journey.
The journey manifests itself spatially through a path through various sales stations. The architecture leads the visitor past colour and light installations that match the content and guide them to the final product presentation at the centre. The final highlight is dedicated to the moment of coffee tasting, which is supported with conceptual motion design elements.
