Exploring Hyundais Future of Mobility
Hyundai has a clear vision for the future. Their claim “Progress for Humanity” opens up a holistic perspective that embeds the brand in a clear purpose and integrates employees and customers. To successfully communicate this vision to retailers, it had to be staged in an eventful way at the National Hyundai Dealer Conference 2023 in Mainz, Germany.

A typical dealer conference would revolve around a drivable stage used to present the new car models. While this was going to be one part, the focus was on creating a great guest journey which cleverly integrated the conference’s agenda. We were determined to bring the theme 'Experience_Future' to life, while seamlessly integrating the new products in a captivating way.
What We Did
Dynamic Zoning
We implemented Hyundai's signature pixel design as the leading motive for the key visual and all touchpoints of the event.
The layout of the 3600sqm area was divided into three zones: exhibition zone, convention zone and dinner zone. These zones guided the agenda and guest journey of the dealer conference.
Adding to this, we enlisted the TikTok-famous dance group “UrbanTheory”, whose dynamic choreographies in “tutting” dance style also incorporated the pixel motif. Their electrifying performance brought the WOW factor to the reveal of the stunning new vehicles.
