Melanie Mucha

Melanie is a business economist with many years of experience in HR management positions. An empathic and pragmatic team leader with strong business knowledge, she's a member of the global management team where she deploys her strong strategic skills and high level of execution. She's a founder of successful projects in national and international contexts, bringing with her a strong sense for human beings, different cultures and a high ability to reflect on situations Melanie joined Uniplan in 2013, and as a Chief People & Culture Officer she is currently responsible for the global HR teams and all people & culture topics. Before Uniplan she worked for Ströer for many years in various HR roles. She likes to immerse herself in other countries and cities and therefore enjoys travelling to all our offices. She finds her balance in yoga or in nature, especially in the forest or in the sea.
