Your role

The Senior Producer fulfils an important role for Uniplan HK, taking responsibility for the delivery of brand experiences for different industries and brands, both physical and virtual. This role requires leadership skills, the ability to keep many balls in the air at the same time and importantly a passion for delivering brand experiences. Your area of responsibility is very diverse, as it ranges from project pitching to budgeting and proposal preparation and finally client presentations. In doing so, you will be in active communication with all internal and external project stakeholders to ensure that our operational standards are implemented smoothly. After the successful implementation of the projects, you will have a timely job closure, invoicing and reporting in mind. You will also be responsible for the effective coordination of internal and external freelance production resources. As Senior Producer (m/f/d) you strengthen the relationship with our existing clients, but also identify further potential on the market. In this position, you will also be responsible for monitoring and managing external partners and suppliers during on-site installations, operation, and dismantling periods. With this, you ensure compliance with quality standards and safe working practices throughout the event process.

Your talent

• Seasoned Event Professional, with a minimum 5 years of relevant experience including live event production, experiential marketing, visual merchandising, Virtual Events
• Previous luxury experience would be ideal
• Advanced project management skills including budget creation, logistics planning and management and reconciliation
• An effective communicator and problem solver with the confidence to lead, influence and manage expectations at all levels
• Demonstrated capability to work across business units and in multi-stakeholder environment
• High degree of emotional intelligence, be able to adapt quickly to change and a capacity to stay calm 
• Ability to fulfil flexible working hours during busy periods
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must, Chinese is a bonus
